New York Magazine has a video featuring the head chef at Park Avenue Autumn in New York showing how he makes his popular Broccoli with Cheetos side dish. He says it’s their most popular side dish, outselling french fries. I made it over the weekend and I have to say, it is really good. In terms of healthy eating, the Cheetos were not the part of the recipe that made me feel the most guilty — it was the cheese sauce with a quart of heavy cream in it.

There are no songs from their greatest hits record, Bee Thousand or Alien Lanes because it’s intended for people who have heard those songs but want to dig a little deeper.

They did it by entering in Rolling Stone’s list of “500 Greatest Songs of All Time” in Excel and doing some impressive number crunching.
