New York Magazine has a video featuring the head chef at Park Avenue Autumn in New York showing how he makes his popular Broccoli with Cheetos side dish. He says it’s their most popular side dish, outselling french fries. I made it over the weekend and I have to say, it is really good. In terms of healthy eating, the Cheetos were not the part of the recipe that made me feel the most guilty — it was the cheese sauce with a quart of heavy cream in it.
