Wikipedia lists McDonald’s discontinued menu items. I remember quite a few of these, including the Arch Burger, the McDLT, Salad Shakers, and the McLean Deluxe. I was more intrigued by the items I don’t remember:
- McStuffin - a pocket sandwich available with various fillings
- McFeast: A hamburger with a slice of ham and cheese
- Chicken Platter - A grilled chicken burger served with lettuce and tomato on the HotCakes tray.
- Beef Wennington - A burger solely offered in the Chicago area in the late 1990s, named after former Chicago Bulls player Bill Wennington. It featured a single patty topped with cheese, onions, barbecue sauce and a slice of Canadian bacon, as a tribute to Wennington’s Canadian background.
